Our Philosophy

At St. Christopher's Cooperative Preschool, we believe that all children bring gifts and need to be valued, accepted and included. We provide a stimulating, safe and happy learning environment which will foster growth in all developmental areas. Throughout the school year, we provide opportunities for children to enhance their social skills by teaching them how to resolve conflicts appropriately, to play fairly by sharing, taking turns and trading and by building self confidence, self esteem and independence. With these building blocks, our intent is to ensure that your child has a seamless transition into elementary school.

St.Christopher's Cooperative Preschool accepts children with special needs. We embrace inclusion and celebrate diversity as a means to foster the well being of every child. We include children with disabilities in approximate proportion to their presence in the population.
